The National Infrastructure Strategy was launched on 25th November at the same time as the one year Spending Review

In recent weeks the Rural Services Network has published a ‘Rural Take’ on the Spending Review and turns its attention now to the National Infrastructure Strategy which sets out plans to transform UK infrastructure in order to level up the country, strengthen the Union and achieve net zero emissions by 2050.

The National Infrastructure Strategy is based around three central objectives: economic recovery; levelling up and strengthening the Union; and meeting the UK’s net zero emissions target by 2050.
