Scam Alert: Protecting Our Members from Fraudulent Emails

A couple of our members have recently brought to our attention a scam targeting individuals associated with our network. These emails (from a Gmail account) ask whether recipients are interested in obtaining the latest Rural Services Network distribution/members list and maybe an attempt to deceive recipients into sharing personal or financial information.  Please remain vigilant, if you receive an email that looks suspicious, do not respond, click on any links, or share any personal details. We encourage you to report such instances to us immediately.  Additionally, please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data and the measures we take to safeguard your information.

What You Can Do:

• Verify the sender: Emails from RSN will always come from our official domain [email protected].
• Be cautious of unsolicited requests: We will never ask for sensitive information like passwords or payment details via email.
• Contact us directly: If you’re unsure about an email’s authenticity, reach out to us using the contact information on our website.
