Study probes broadband availability

A 10-minute survey aims to uncover how broadband availability impacts on rural businesses in England.

The survey is being undetaken by Jenny Bennett – a final year student at Harper Adams University, Newport, Shropshire.

Ms Bennett is examining issues faced by rural businesses when trying to access the internet.

Studying rural enterprise and land management, she hopes to find out the extent of rural broadband issues across England – and how businesses feel it impacts upon them.

The questionnaire should take 5-10 minutes to complete and is open until end of February.

It is available by clicking here.

The survey has been approved by the Harper Adams University Research Ethics Committee.
