Fire Safety within the home: Keeping you safe from fire, while you stay safe at home

The Prevention Team from the Shropshire Fire Rescue Service hope you are all safe and well. The information below is to support you in keeping safe within your home during this difficult time.

The purpose of this flyer is to give you key tips on how to stay safe within your home. If you have any queries, concerns, issues or general questions you can still contact the Prevention Team by telephone which is included at the bottom of this flyer. If you are not a resident in Shropshire, then lease contact your local Fire and Rescue Service for further information.

We are currently not carrying out our normal Safe and Well visits, however we are still visiting those people who may not have working smoke alarms. We work closely with our partners at Shropshire Council and Telford and Wrekin Council to support members of the public with everyday essentials, advice and support on areas such as warmth, social isolation, physical activity and

The advice on this flyer will give everyone a gentle reminder of how they can keep safe and look out for friends and family as most of us are currently isolating or possibly working from home.
