Linkage Community Trust Seeks Feedback on Outreach Services for People with Learning Disabilities and Autism

Linkage Community Trust has been delivering an Outreach Service for 8 years and is developing its new strategy for the next 5 years. Linkage works across Greater Lincolnshire and the East Riding of Yorkshire, working across a very rural area, Linkage is keen to hear from other people and organisations about their experience of working across such areas and, specifically, about reaching and supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism and their families and carers.

Linkage delivers high-quality specialist education, care, day services, employability and more, supporting people to have opportunities and choice and to achieve their aspirations. Their work is about valuing and supporting individuals, their carers and families.

Currently Linkage’s Outreach Service is delivered through:

A Sensory Bus,  A Sensory Library and Lego-based Therapy

Working with:

Primary Schools,  Community Groups,  Nurseries and other Early Years settings

In:

Both urban and rural areas.

Linkage would be very grateful if you could complete the short questionnaire.  If you are caring for, working with or otherwise know people with learning disabilities and/or autism we would be grateful if, as well as completing the questionnaire yourself, you involve them as much as possible in also expressing their opinions.
