New initiative to combat rural crime backed by Crime Tsar

THE CRIME Tsar for Devon and Cornwall has backed an initiative to combat rural crime, which costs the West Country millions each year.



Tony Hogg, Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Devon and Cornwall said he welcomed the creation of the National Rural Crime Network, which has been endorsed by 18 of the UK’s PCCs with another eight set to join.
