The Patients Association is seeking input to shape its response to the initial NHS 10-Year Health Plan organisational consultation. As one of the UK’s most established health and care charities, the Patients Association is dedicated to ensuring that the consultation reflects the needs and experiences of all, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.

To gather a wide range of perspectives, they have launched a survey inviting responses from beyond their membership. Your network’s voices are invaluable in contributing to this effort.

The survey focuses on patient-driven insights about:

• Desired features of the NHS Health Plan and the rationale behind them.
• Challenges and enablers for transforming health and care services.
• Key changes needed in the short, medium, and long term.
