RABI Launches New Five-Year Strategy To Reduce The Wellbeing Gap For Farming People

RABI has unveiled its 2025–2030 strategy, setting out a clear direction to close the wellbeing gap experienced by farming communities.

The plan focuses on prevention, improving access to support, and strengthening community resilience, building on evidence from The Big Farming Survey, which showed that farming people experience lower levels of physical and mental health than the UK average.

Over the next five years, RABI aims to:

  • Improve access to health and wellbeing support through expanded counselling, Click and Chat, and partnership programmes.
  • Strengthen community resilience by supporting locally led initiatives that connect and empower farming people.

Maximise reach and impact by growing its volunteer network and partnerships so more people know where to turn for help.
