Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA) develops affordable homes throughout Cornwall and on the Isles of Scilly. CRHA was established in 1985 and completed its first homes in 1988. As at September 2018 CRHA owned 330 rented homes and 16 shared ownership homes spread across 50 separate developments in 32 villages and on 4 islands.
CRHA established the first county-wide community land trust in England as part of its Cornwall Community Land Trust Project and has continued to support the development of community land trusts throughout Cornwall, which has included the facilitation and provision of 35 discounted sale homes and the provision of management services to community land trusts.
