Second Home Ownership

The attached analysis uses the Calculation of Council Tax Base 2019 published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government to calculate the proportion of dwellings on the Valuation List that are classed as second homes. The proportion for a chosen local authority is ranked against proportions from similary rural local authorities and a comparison is provided against the applicable rural average for that local authority.
