Three expands 5G to rural areas

Operator Three UK has revealed its 5G mobile network has expanded to 86 new locations across the UK, including rural areas such as Dartmouth

As well as improving service for local people across the country, the extension of services to rural coastal regions is intended to provide a boost to tourism economies, which are more attractive to visitors with increased connectivity.

Despite unveiling its extended coverage, Three’s 5G network still only covers 56% of the UK’s population, leaving many without.
