Community Catalysts CIC is a busy, buzzy social enterprise that tries hard to live up to its name. They are starting a new piece of work in partnership with Worcestershire County Council and need an energetic, and imaginative person to coordinate things for them.

You will lead the Worcestershire Community Micro-enterprise Project. You will find and mentor local people and community organisations, helping them to create new ways for other people who need help, to live a good life.

To do this job you must:

• Understand the world of care - but maybe feel it could do with a bit of a shake up!
• Be a real people person - able to work well with all sorts of folks with confidence.
• Instinctively make connections - and join up dots that are sometimes less than obvious.
• Be able to spot what people are good at and nurture it.

You will be employed by Community Catalysts and based in the Worcestershire area.
